Conditions for booking a therapy session
Booking is done on the website in the online booking system.
When booking, you pay the full amount of the reservation.
If you cannot come to the booked reception, please let us know as soon as possible.
It is possible to change the reservation free of charge 48 hours before the meeting.

Purchased video trainings are intended for your personal use only.

The use of video trainings for commercial purposes — including, but not limited to, using the content in your own training sessions, consultations, or reselling it — is prohibited.
1.4 Copyright and Intellectual Property:
All video training content, including text, images, audio, graphics, and other multimedia elements, is the property of the training provider and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Modifying, editing, or using the video content without permission is not allowed.
1.5 Access and Usage Rights:
Access to the video trainings is linked to a specific purchase.
Access rights may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
Each user must make their own individual purchase to obtain the right to use the training.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refunds and Compensation:
No refunds or compensation will be issued for digital products, including video trainings.
3. Disclaimer of Liability
3.1 Content Changes:
The training provider reserves the right to make changes to the content or availability of the trainings without prior notice.
The provider is not responsible for any damages resulting from such changes.
3.2 Technical Limitations and Website Functionality:
The training provider is not liable for technical issues, including video loading speed or playback problems, arising from the user’s device, internet connection, or other technical factors.
